For far too long, people with disabilities feared losing needs-based public benefits because of legally imposed asset limitations. But now, WVABLE is changing that in West Virginia.

Thanks to recent laws, many people with disabilities can now save and invest without losing eligibility for public benefits like Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Medicare, which are critical to their health and well-being.

My office is proud to offer WVABLE as a savings and investment option for people with disabilities. We know that real West Virginians are using WVABLE to empower and improve their lives. Over the past few years, many have shared their stories with us. Now, we are sharing a few of those stories with you. I’m confident you will find these messages of hope and fortitude as inspiring as I do.

Sincerely,

Riley Moore
